IMPORTANT NOTICE: NO LEGAL ADVICE
JuristOS is an AI-powered software platform, not a law firm. We provide information and automation tools, not legal advice. The output generated by our services ("AI Output") may contain errors, hallucinations, or inaccuracies. You should always have a qualified attorney review any contracts, documents, or advice generated by JuristOS before using them.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the JuristOS website, application, API, or services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization and promising that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

3. User Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
4. User Content & Data
- Ownership: You retain all rights and ownership in your data, including the contracts and documents you upload ("User Content"). We do not claim any ownership rights in your User Content.
- License: You grant JuristOS a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service to you.
- Data Security: We will implement reasonable and appropriate security measures to protect your User Content against unauthorized access or disclosure.
5. AI Output & Disclaimer
- Nature of AI: The Service uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to generate text, analysis, and suggestions ("AI Output"). AI is probabilistic and may produce incorrect, misleading, or offensive results.
- No Reliance: You acknowledge that AI Output should not be relied upon as a sole source of truth or legal advice. You are responsible for evaluating the accuracy and appropriateness of AI Output for your use case.
- Liability: JuristOS is not liable for any damages, losses, or legal consequences resulting from your reliance on AI Output.
6. Acceptable Use

- Changes: We may modify the Subscription fees at any time. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.
- Refunds: Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall JuristOS, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory.
