Do you charge for implementation?
For Enterprise plans, we offer a dedicated implementation package to get your playbooks and templates set up. For Professional plans, our self-serve onboarding gets you running in minutes with pre-built templates.
Is my data used to train your models?
No. By default, we do not train our base models on your data. Your data remains yours. Enterprise customers can opt-in to fine-tune a private model exclusive to their organization, which is siloed from other customers.
How are "seats" calculated?
A seat is any user who needs access to the dashboard to review contracts, manage playbooks, or view analytics. Email-only stakeholders (business users who just forward contracts) do not need a paid seat.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with pro-rated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) for Professional plans. For Enterprise plans, we support invoicing and ACH transfers with Net-30 terms.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits?
Yes! We offer a 20% discount for registered non-profits and educational institutions. Please contact our sales team with proof of status to apply.
